SIZE: W50 x D50 x H78 CM, SH:44 CM
DESIGNER: NIELS OTTO MOLLER 1966 DENMARK
by Niels Otto Møller in 1966, Model 79 exemplifies the elegance and integrity of Danish craftsmanship. Defined by its distinctive backrest with three vertical slats, the chair has subtle openings that let natural light filter through, creating an airy and refined presence. A celebrated piece in the history of modern furniture, Model 79 received numerous awards and was a part of permanent collections in some of the world's most prestigious museums. Handcrafted from solid wood with Møller’s signature seamless joinery, this chair blends curves with crisp, angular details, resulting in a composition of unique intersections and geometries.
