This is very clear when you look at the elegantly shaped seat of The Shoemaker Chair. The seat is shaped out of one solid piece of wood and the soft silky surface of the chair is just asking to be touched.
The grain of the wood is unique to each seat, so each chair is an individual piece of Danish design. Together, the turned legs and the stabilizing T connection create a harmonic and aesthetic piece of furniture with strong references to the Nordic design universe.
